During my term I work closely with the rest of the executive council with the goal of teaching the brothers of our organization the most effective ways to improve and sustain adequate mental and physical health. I am also tasked with overseeing housing maintenance and cleanliness in order to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for the brothers of our chapter.

As a project manager at Piranha Nutra, I manage and coordinate various projects in sales, manufacturing, and marketing. This remote role has required strong organizational skills and the ability to handle diverse tasks effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

I worked closely with the existing forman and management staff with the goal of creating a comfortable, efficient, and clean workplace. I trained many new employees in the warehouse and oversaw operations such as managing inventory and machine upkeep. I learned how to better motivate a team and how to lead a group while also not creating a hostile work environment.
