My position was to be involved from the prototype of vehicle design and assembly . Set up standard work , wrote work instructions , defect root cause and containment . Training employees on the build of a new vecicle , Worked between United states and Canada to bring new vehicle to Oshawa . Traveled to China to help there operations with the build of the same vehicle . Also learned from China some better ways to build vehicle in oshawa assembly plant .

My function as a senior advisor was to track quality and root cause defects containment of defects and build issues . I also worked with all departments within Oshawa car assembly to build a Quality vehicle and worked to attain the plant Driect Run Goals .
