I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as quickly as I could. I’m a proud alumnus of Clear Creek ISD, Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX, and the University of Houston – Clear Lake. Having played soccer since I was a child, including collegiately at Southwestern, I’ve developed a propensity for the Beautiful Game. I get together with fellow soccer aficionados regularly at Houston Football Association (HFA) games or supporting the Houston Dynamo.While following up my Business Management BA with a Finance MS, I worked as a non-bank commercial real estate loan originator. After graduating, I discovered full-service commercial bank lending. I joined Texas Citizens Bank as a credit analyst and eventually worked my way up to Senior VP. Texas Citizens Bank merged with b1BANK in March 2022, and I couldn't be happier to be a b1BANKER!Growing up in the Clear Lake area and working alongside its business owners, I’ve always felt a responsibility to give back to the community that helped raise and educate me. I serve various roles at the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, including past Chairman of the Young Professionals division, as well as the current “Dean” of Leadership Clear Lake. I am honored to now serve as the Chamber's Chairman Elect.
