This included hands-on experience in utilizing tools such as Jira & Confluence, which are essential in the field of project management. My role in the team allowed me to develop a deep understanding of SAP's cloud infrastructure and the challenges involved in transitioning to a new infrastructure.I was part of a highly motivated and agile team, where I was able to work on projects with constantly changing requirements. This environment was instrumental in honing my ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Additionally, I was responsible for regularly reporting the progress of the project to the executive board, which helped me to develop my communication and presentation skills.In my bachelor's thesis, I went a step further and developed a cloud infrastructure evaluation model for SAP. This project allowed me to demonstrate my ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions. While working as a student in the SAP Commerce Cloud - Technical Consulting team, I gained valuable experience working with SAP Commerce Cloud V1 and V2. I learned the day-to-day responsibilities of a consultant and developed my own customer-facing skills by independently resolving customer issues. I also gained experience in customer interaction and learned how to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

In my role as a vocational training student in the Global Account Team Volkswagen Group, I gained extensive experience in the S/4 Transformation process. I conducted a comprehensive analysis of Volkswagen Group's ERP landscape transformation, pinpointing challenges and providing practical recommendations.
