My work consisted of supervising and managing a group of 3 people working in DSP development and managing 2 people in analytics for process development (both USP and DSP samples). The focus of my work is late stage development of AMT's lead gene therapy vector including dossier writing, validation and viral clearance studies, early stage process development of gene therapy vectors, investigation of novel purification steps and scale up of gene therapy vector production for market scales.

Developing scalable and economic DSP processes for various virus products including contaminant selective precipitation and disposable chromatography. Preparing documentation for the TT of devloped DSP process for CTM production under GMP. Supervising a team of 3 technicians. Evaluating residual concentrations and possible implications of said residuals in the final drug product.

Developing scalable and economic DSP processes for various virus products. Managing a team of upto 5 technicians and a HBO student.

Viral purfication, Equipment validation for GMP, PAT for fermentation, custom resin manufacture and pilot plant design and equipment specification.
