At Holiday Inn & Suites Airport was able to hold on to YRC and Consolidated Freight through Corporate Lodging, but expanded to a ranch management training, monthly trade show for sports cards, and a network marketing incentive weekend. Worked with the general managers of each the other two hotels to manage their cancellations after COVID-19, and assist them with sales methods.

In 2013 hit 118% of budgeted sales revenue, raising the rank on the STAR Assessment from 4th among competitors in the Quail Springs area to 2nd place by building strategic partnerships with 35 restaurants, bars, and family entertainment to provide discounts to guests. Also was the only hotel that made an arrangement with Mahogany's Prime Steak restaurant to provide guests with room service. Sold heavily to insurance companies during local disasters, youth sports teams, weddings, and corporate training events. At the close of 2013 and start of 2014 closed on business leaving the OKC Marriott and grew the hotel to be #1 on STAR in the competitive set against brand new hotels...my hotel was outdated by 7 years,

Oklahoma City Marriott350-room hotel with 18,000 SF of meeting space: Sold and managed negotiated corporate accounts, training group meetings, government conferences, and corporate conferences. Grew Chesapeake Energy, top account by 400% to a top 10 account within 9 months due to persistence, attention to detail, and networking to the right decision maker. Chesapeake extended their mileage range to include our hotel.

Became the leader RSD of the month in August 2009, after having an excellent close on account for Spirit Aerospace through Aerotek Staffing. Also booked BNSF with Corporate Lodging.

ExecuStay is a long-term leasing program in corporate furnished apartments, sold at ExecuStar level in 2008 as the brand leader for the relocation of the Seattle Supersonics to Oklahoma Cit to become the Oklahoma City Thunder. Also opened up corporate apartments for Centri-Lift (Baker Hughes) and Redman.

I/OEd Solutions (Input Output Education) as an IT training company started under a parent nationally-accredited provider, DeMarge College. From 2001 to 2005, broke a GSA federal contract record winning approval within only 6-weeks. Managed an acquisition of a local franchise of a national training company, opening contracts on a state level. Managed 12 contractors to deliver Microsoft Certified training and LMS and curriculum development for federal contracts, U. S. Army and U. S. Air Force. University Liaison and MIS degree Director for Mid-America Christian University. Expanded their existing curriculum advisory board from "friends of the university," to major technology employers, adding companies like The Boeing Company, SAIC, Parsons Engineering, Leader Communications, Dell, DISA, and Robert Half. With the new advisory board, redesigned the curriculum of the Management Information Systems Bachelor of Science, (Regionally Accredited by North Central) and opened the first articulation agreement between a state university and a parochial university: Associates of Technology Degree at Oklahoma State University - OKC Campus.

Manager of Area Councils for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, a new program re-aligning businesses in the outlaying areas of the metro into geographic B2B organizations accountable to the Chamber board. Not only made programming budget in the first 3 years, but offset operations budget with new Chamber members joining because of the 60 events initiated and managed from in the new area councils. In 1999, was employed by Oklahoma's 8th largest community, Midwest City, to be the Economic Development Director up until the May 3 tornado of Mass Destruction, taking out the new hotels, out of which salary was paid from the occupancy tax. After the tornado, did set up a clearing house never accomplished previously in the state to weed out bad actors, contractors coming to fleece home repairs. Led the committee on what to do with land cleared by the tornado and suggested a mid-tier convention center, which later became the Reed Center with Sheraton. Without funding from Midwest City, was employed by Tinker Business & Industrial Park, a defense contractor technology park across the street from Tinker AFB. Tenants included The Boeing Company, Northrup Grumman, Parsons Engineering, SAIC, Rockwell Collins, Pratt & Whitney, Battelle Memorial Institute, and Lear Sigler. For all tenants conducted and was approved on a multi-million dollar tenant lease reconciliation due to the damage of the May 3 tornado. Also expanded Building III by 50,000 SF and recruited and sold lease to Rolls Royce and Karta Technologies. Won approval of the Queen to add the Rolls Royce logo to the outer fascia of the building.

Worked this contract and had a private practice on the side, largely for church referrals. Was awarded Excellent rating for Alcohol & Other Drug Abuse branch o f the Health Service Agency. (1993)
