About J Pertle
Work is about the product I can provide not the money made. I have always had a passion for the amusement/heme park industry and enjoy a multitude of positions from entry level to management. The thrill is taking the chaos of a seasonal business and creating order and success. The challenge is getting the front line employees to buy into the company philosophies and having them engage in guest satisfaction. Success comes from top down and having the right people in the right positions to ensure that.I have traveled and sought different jobs to have a more well rounded experience. This comes with me in every endeavor I take on. Working side by side with subordinates, treating them like people with respect and compassion is something I will continue to do no matter what position I am in.Currently I have found myself in a field unfamiliar, however I have taken the challenges head on. Construction is out of my area of expertise and comfort, but the desire to exceed expectations doesn't stop. I have taken this as a learning opportunity expanding my knowledge from amusement park ride operations to construction and heavy machine operation. I will never stop learning and making attempts to progress not only myself but the company I represent.
