Lactalis International: +240 production sites, export of dairy products to 88 countries.My main duties and responsibilities at its logistics headquarter:- Export of perishable goods (Reefer/Dry) including dangerous goods (IMO Class 2.2) via Road, Air & Sea freight in Full Container Load (FCL) as well as consolidations (LCL), respecting the legal compliance with all government import and export regulations.- Monitoring and assisting exports from a third country to third country (mainly from Croatia and Netherlands to non-European countries)- Working with multiple customers at the same time in several world areas (largely Asia, North America and Africa) and responding to their needs, requests and issues.- Permanent contact with production planners, factories and warehouses to schedule assembling and loading dates in a quickest and least costly way.- Permanent contact with carriers and shipping companies (K&N, Bolloré, Oceans - CMA, Hapag, Maersk, One) to coordinate the export, providing them necessary documents and ensuring they perform in line with their contractual agreements.- Launching customs process/documents (EXA/MRN) personally via SOGET (Authorized Economic Operator)- Providing logistic advice and resolving any shipment problems promptly.

-Import&Export of pallets and packages of IT Material in over 160 countries (Air&Road transport)-Management and close collaboration with freight forwarders (DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT/K&N) to guarantee timely deliveries.-Interface with Hubs, Partners, Customs Clearing Agents and Customs.-Complete customs documents for international deliveries.-Stock movements 3rd country - 3rd country-Manage Inventory of Partners&Hubs ( > 250 storage sites)
