Access Services Librarian (50%)• Head of Access Services for the Frances Loeb Design Library• Hire, train, and supervise 2 full-time Access Services Coordinators and ~30 students• Oversee strategic initiatives related to Access work, including planning and managing projects, often involving stakeholders outside of Access Services• Ensure execution of tasks within the Access Team, including public services and collection management• Actively participate in weekly Team Leads Meetings, collaborating with the Library Director, the Team Lead for Collections, and the Team Lead for Research and Teaching. Share responsibility for: Formulating library-wide policies and procedures, Leading the implementation of process redesign, Developing and maintain desired leadership culture• In addition to Design Library-specific tasks, participate in committees and working groups based in the larger Harvard Library organizationDigital Course Reserves Manager & Strategist (50%)• Manage, and provide strategic oversight to, a centralized Digital Course Reserves Service based in Widener Library• Manage and supervise 2 full-time Course Reserves Coordinators• Develop and optimize purchase initiation, delivery, and scanning workflows across several cross-functional units within multiple libraries• Provide outreach and instruction to Harvard faculty and instructors• Coordinate communication/training for all Reserves Processors, including 13 non-direct reports
