* Provide on-site and remote network support in areas relating to routing, switching, security, and wireless* Designing, configuring, installing, and upgrading network infrastructure equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and wireless LAN controllers* Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting WAN/LAN networks and routing including BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF* Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco Nexus 5K and 9K switching and routing in data center environments* Working with ISP’s to install, maintain, and troubleshoot carrier provided circuits and network connections* Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki equipment and networks* Providing network and device access using Cisco ACS and ISE with RADIUS and TACACS* Wireless network analysis of the RF environment using Air Magnet tools* Preforming on-site pre and post deployment wireless site surveys* Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting wireless bridges using both autonomous and WLC based APs* Configuring and troubleshooting enterprise wireless networks using WLC and Cisco Prime Infrastructure tools* Working in a rotating 24/7 on-call support team environment* Completing project documentation to layout all aspects of designing, implementing, and testing* Monitoring networks and providing month maintenance tasks to ensure maximum availability

- Provide technical data transport, networking, and email support and troubleshooting for commercial and residential users on our network- Provisioning and configuring data services including DSL, T1, IP-VPN, MPLS, FiOS/PONs, Ethernet, ATM, Frame Relay, email, DNS, domains, and equipment including routers, switches, CSU/DSU, modems and other data transport equipment- Share mail server administrator duties including implementing security measures, intrusion detection, and clean up and repair after malicious activity- Provide support for field technician to resolve issues that require a field dispatch- Working in a rotating 24/7 on-call support environment- Remotely monitoring and maintaining field equipment to ensure availability through various protocols- Training new employees in networking and operating procedures and duties of our department

- Monitor data communications network to ensure network reliability and availability to all system users and customers and resolve network problems when possible- Work on a team with rotating shift schedules to provide 24/7 technical support and customer service for data and voice communication troubles- Troubleshoot and tests circuits to determine trouble and correct course of action- Referring and working with other service providers and carriers to resolve network issues outside of our network- Dispatch field technicians when customer premise or field service is required- Cross training of other departments operating procedures including SONET, IT, transmissions, switch, and field- Training new employees in operating procedures and duties related to network operations center
