In my professional and personal endeavors I have joined organizations and helped make them better. As Senior Director of Sales at Open LMS, I leverage my sales and organizational leadership experience to drive revenue growth for our business. I lead a team of sales professionals who take a solutions approach to selling our open-source Learning Management Systems, Open LMS Edu, Open LMS Work, and Totara. We sell solutions, rather than software, which we accomplish by developing relationships, understanding needs and objectives, and honestly representing our capabilities and how we can help. I also look for ways to utilize my skills and experience for the betterment of my community. I am involved in a number of organizations, serving in local government as a member of Borough council, and in leadership capacities in youth organizations and on a number of Boards of Directors.
