Started my journey as a customer service executive handling front line calls, managing customer escalations and upselling value added services.Then moved to telemarketing where I was responsible for lead generation through tele calling on hot and cold sources. Also had the opportunity to manage a large base of customers to effectively identify opportunities and map their potential to appropriate sales teams.In my current role as sales executive, I am responsible to drive and grow revenue in my territory by bringing new business and growing existing business for maintaining sustainable growth.
