FS Tax Real Estate

During my internship with the German Armed Forces, I worked in the department for care of damaged soldiers. My tasks consisted of familiarizing myself with cases and preparing processes. In addition, I was able to gain insights into procedural practice and workflows within the administration.

During my internship at Wohnwert AG Immobiliengesellschaft, I accompanied the sales process concerning the company's entire real estate portfolio to investors. In preparation for the sale, I helped prepare the data room and led viewing tours. In addition, I had the opportunity to participate in the investor selection and contract negotiations initiated by the brokerage firm Jones Lang LaSalle.

During my work at Beiten Burkhardt, I had the opportunity to get to know a business and company-oriented law firm. In addition to gaining an insight into the organization of the law firm, I also dealt with legal issues from the field of business law. Thus, I was able to solve cases on this topic myself and contribute constructive approaches to solutions in a team.
