Coordinate customer technical audits of current systems and infrastructure with CIO (Chief Information Officer) and technical team.Develop customer's scope of work and liaise with CIO to determine; customer requirements; resolve issues, identify appropriate system or software upgrades or replacements, and/or moving IT environment from on-premise infrastructure and software to a cloud-based environment.Develop professional sales presentations and in conjunction with CIO present to customers. Conduct presentation which includes; business IT objectives and outcomes, issue resolutions, technical requirements, recommended products and services, and appropriate pricing structures and sale closing.The range of products offered to customers includes on-premise infrastructure & Software, SaaS and IaaS, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, IT Managed Services and Printers.
