About Scott Collins

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁: 𝗷𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝘀𝟵𝟭𝟴@𝗴𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺IT Security Analyst Specializing in User and Process Access Control with proven ability to manage controlled access to IT assets using processes that adhere to the principle of least privilege access. I have always liked being around and using technologies as tools, somewhat like a mechanic. I've been fortunate enough to spend the past 12 years using different tools like Livelink and RSA's Aveska Identity Access Manager for provisioning the right access to the right IT assets to the right user at the right time. 4 R's don't make a wrong. In 2013, I was introduced to CyberArk, and have been convinced of it's core value in protecting access to privileged accounts throughout the IT enterprise. I've enjoyed being a CyberArk Administrator and have enjoyed using it to manage privileged access accounts. In addition to using Aveska IAM and CyberArk as identity and privileged access tools, I want to parlay all that I have learned and experienced while provisioning user access to and within Oracle Financials, Hyperian ESSbase, Openlink RightAngle, Cisco Physical Access Manager, HMI, PCs, servers, and databases to the benefit of my next employer.

Listed skills include Ibm Bigfix, Human Machine Interface, Cyberark, Servers, and 3 others.

It Analyst

I've been an IT Analyst specializing in the management of controlled access to IT assets for the past 10 years. My specialties include effective provisioning of appropriate access to user and process/service accounts, utilizing identity and privileged access tools such as CyberArk PAS and RSA's Aveska IAM. I have been a CyberArk administrator since 2014.I also have a background in systems administration of OpenVMS OS and servers during my tenure as a SCADA Analyst for a refined products pipeline where I successfully led projects to update the SCADA platform and VSAT communications system to much newer hardware. One of my proudest achievements is to have worked tirelessly with project teammates to integrate physical assets from two pipelines into a single SCADA control system; cutting projected costs by adopting the use of ARCOM communication protocol converters versus replacing PLCs/RTUs.I have worked with many personnel representing many IT disciplines; adding to my ability to successfully interact at many levels of business structure. All in all, I have developed many hard and soft skills that I look forward to continuing to hone in the future.Specialties:- Authorized Access Provisioning and Maintenance- Privileged Credential Control/Protection- CyberArk Administrator
