With a master's degree in educational leadership and administration from Dakota Wesleyan University and a bachelor's degree from Briar Cliff University, I am a recruiter at Quantum Workplace, a leading provider of employee engagement software and services. My core competencies include full-cycle recruiting, talent branding, and DEI strategies.In my current role, I partner with the Employee Success team to carry out each year's goals and projects, such as identifying and attracting talent that will help accelerate QW's growth and build on our culture, infusing DEI principles into everything I do, and creating a top-notch candidate experience.
