As the Coordinator of Writing and Reading Support Program at the University of California, Riverside (UCR), I oversee the design and implementation of projects that enhance the academic success of students and faculty. I have over 15 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, and coordinating learning services in higher education, with a focus on English composition, multiple literacies, and TESL.I am passionate about developing and applying effective pedagogies for diverse learners, conducting and presenting qualitative research on learning outcomes and assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve the quality and accessibility of education. My goal is to continue to grow as an educator and researcher and to contribute to the advancement of reading and composition studies.
