I am a Swiss national with a master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and over a decade of international finance experience. I have worked in large and medium-sized companies across Switzerland, Denmark and Brazil, gaining extensive expertise in finance leadership, FP&A, M&A, exit preparation & restructuring, particularly in private equity-owned growth firms. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to build robust processes and leverage my data-savviness to drive informed decision-making.Currently, I lead global business finance and FP&A at Phase One in Copenhagen. My core mission is to safeguard and enhance EBITDA through sustained focus on top-line growth, profitability and cost efficiency. My role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, R&D, and Operations to drive strategic decisions. I am dedicated to fostering a "data first" culture within the organization and leveraging financial data to positively impact the company's bottom line.
