- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment, employee on- and off-boarding, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations for 160+ headcount, including payroll processing and work pass matters- Provide HR advice to HODs on staff performance, disciplinary issues etc- Liaise with respective HODs on recruitment plans to ensure recruitment targets are met. - Review & prepare training plan for employees annually- Ensures SOPs, HR related documents are in place, and make revisions where applicable.- Prepare labor budget and office admin budget reports- Support and ensure timely submission of IR8A and monthly CPF.- Review employee benefits expenses claims and HR related payment requests.- Supervise and mentor HR & Admin Assistant and Executive- Support in company events and welfare activities- Provide support on implementation of HR systems or processes- Continuously improve HR practices & strategies to align with Group’s vision and goals- Involved in HR focal project
