Responsibility for all customer service and collection activity for a $4 billion indirect auto portfolio. Included centralized operations for Customer Service and Early Stage collections located in Irving, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as seven late stage collection teams embedded in dealer service centers across the country.

North Richland Hills, Texas

Direct oversight and responsibility for all customer service and related support activity for two large national prime and sub-prime auto portfolios totaling $60 billion in receivables. Serviced approximately 600,000 customer interactions per month by phone, live chat and secure web messaging utilizing three domestic sites, as well as indirect responsibility for three offshore locations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Columbia.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for providing positive customer experiences for end consumer and dealer customers in a $60 billion indirect auto portfolio. Included new customer interactions (Welcome Call), customer correspondence fulfillment and inbound customer service call centers across four sites located in Texas, Arizona, North Carolina and Minnesota.
