Point of contact for the timely loading of Bill of Material (BoM) data into the customer’s product life-cycle management system. Responsible to execute the preparation and completion of module engineering changes. - Assisted with the transfer and release of the PW1500G and PW1200G LPT BoM to plan.- Drove the successful execution of eight Class I engineering changes, allowing the on time delivery of the first production module for customer flight test as well as subsequent deliveries.

Responsible for coordinating the tracking and reporting of development LPT module hardware assembly and delivery status to management. Monitor LPT shipments between Germany and the US to ensure quick customs release and following entry to the customers logistics system.- Drove the use of line of balance hardware management to clearly outline and status recovery potential and trigger points for delivery improvement.- Assisted with coordinating the process steps needed to deliver next-level engine assembly components, tooling, and installation instructions to the LPT assembly site in support of special test requirements.

Extensive use of Unigraphics NX and Geomagic Studio and Qualify software to support the investigation of gas turbine and compressor hardware quality as well as the reproduction hardware definition.- Developed streamlined Microsoft Excel macro driven tool to automate the extraction and comparison of white light measurement data to blueprint values for engineering evaluation.- Facilitated the automatic update of CAD models with white light measurement data values via Excel output and a carefully coordinated dimension and labeling scheme.
