Accrued 5000 flight crew hours with 4350 searches, 855 arrest and 210 pursuits while providing public service to citizens of California, to include:• Conducting numerous enforcement and surveillance operations for both local and federal agencies. Assist ground units with suspect apprehension for both the Department and allied agencies utilizing the FLIR and L3 equipment mounted on the departmental fixed wing aircraft. Attended the California Highway Patrol Academy in West Sacramento, a full time live in training academy. Selected by the Academy training staff to fulfill the role of Company Commander of CTC-I-94. This assignment required leadership abilities in addition to my Cadet studies.
