I led the sales team in helping families to manage their risk of loss to personal property and future income using Home, Auto, Condo, Renters, Umbrella and other insurance products. I also educated ReeceNichols Realtors on various insurance industry & product topics, and how these impact them & their clients. I assisted ReeceNichols clients and the general public in making informed decisions in these areas whether or not they are buying a home.

Was responsible for facilitating the profitable growth of a $19M book of Personal Insurance business in the State of Wisconsin. Trained independent agents on Chubb products and how to sell them. Monitored new business submission levels and split-of-business ratios for acceptability. Underwrote approximately half of the agencies in Wisconsin to ensure the quality of business submitted. Provided leadership to the rest of the Wisconsin Underwriting team.

Wrote the language of Prudential's Group Life, Health & Disability insurance products. Corresponded with State insurance departments to secure necessary approvals to offer new products or product enhancements. Prepared policies for new clients and policy change endorsements for existing clients. Trained newer associates on procedures and technology.
