QRA'sHad a time out between august 2015 and april 2016 : theoretical course NH90 in Den Helder. Successfully cleared this training obstacle ;) Since april 16 back as a Captain SAR on Seaking Mk48

Initialy i was a pilot on the A109 helicopter and served out of my homebase EBLG in the 18 th squadron . After a tour in Kosovo - Belheli III - i requested and received a posting in Brasschaat in the Light Aviation School. Where in 2001 i entered the instructor pilot course. I became an instructor pilot on the Alouette II and gave basic instruction to student pilots from the end of 2001 till 2006. As from then i became a pilot in the 40th Squadron Search and Rescue at Koksijde Afd. Now i am serving as a Captain SAR on Seaking Mk 48 from 2010 till actual date. After the period on seaking i'll transfer to the NH90 SAR / MAR , this will normally be done in the area of 2018/2019.
