I'm a retired soldier and have been in many different situations in many parts of the country. My skills cover weapons and or diplomacy, lots of construction-related skill sets, motivating others, and critical counseling to help someone improve. My resume will break down and itemize all these skill sets.One thing that isn't covered in the resume is the fact that I have found that no matter what job you are doing or what kind of people you dealing with your most effective tools are a gentle response (when possible), a smile (when you can), and a good sense of humor. These have served me well throughout my career.
