I am an energy industry professional with a skillset I have been fortunate enough to have developed alongside industry veterans with centuries of collective experience. In my current role as the COO of RWA, I manage the company's operations as well as provide technical consulting services, sponsor expert witness testimony, oversee due diligence teams for potential M&A targets, and steer RWA's teams to provide top-tier support to clients across the globe. Notable aspects of recent work includes:- Serving as the lead on research projects investigating emerging technologies, low-carbon alternative fuels such as hydrogen and RNG, and the technical considerations of the implementation of these innovations.- Sponsoring, or supporting expert witness testimonies in approximately 40 regulatory proceedings within the natural gas industry, contributing significantly to RWA's expert witness portfolio across the country.- Contributing to both buy-side and sell-side Due Diligence teams for approximately 10 mergers and acquisitions within the energy sector, evaluating assets with valuations ranging from $300M to $2.1B.At RWA, we remain committed to delivering tailored technical solutions to energy industry clients, governmental organizations/regulators, consumer/ratepayer advocates, research organizations, and other valued clients.
