Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:● Effectively manage 88-unit property with 100% occupancy and 6 staff member team to success by building team morale; removing obstacles; and focusing on goals● Monitor property daily for safety hazards and potential physical plant improvements and upgrades while maintaining positive relationships with tenants, visitors and vendors● Proven ability to continuously align with compliance for all Fair Housing regulations, local ordinances, and laws within given city/area ● Organize & supervise tenant renovations while building and cultivating strong community on-premise tenant relationships and satisfaction● Handle administrative duties, including but not limited to maintaining all tenant files/records, collect tenant rents & receipts, execute late rent notices and legal notices in accordance with housing retention procedures● Attend management meetings to gain understanding of financial and development goals
