Design, implement, and manage SCCM, Intune, and GPO-based solutions for endpoint management and deployment, ensuring optimal system performance and stability.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, best practices, and documentation for endpoint management, software deployment, and patch management.Create, test, and deploy software packages, updates, and patches using SCCM and Intune, ensuring timely delivery and minimal impact on end-users.Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) to enforce security policies and standards, as well as to optimize system performance.Understand mobile device management (MDM) concepts and collaborate with the MDM team to ensure the efficient operation of endpoint management solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM, Intune, and GPO, performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate endpoint management solutions with other systems, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.Provide technical support and guidance to the PC support team related to endpoint deployment and process issues. Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively identifying potential issues and recommending improvements.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including Windows 365 virtual PCs, to ensure the continued effectiveness and security of our endpoint management and deployment solutions.

Assists in plans, designs, implements, maintains, and monitors, scalablelocal and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP). Responsible for specific underlying production ser-vice(s)’ system(s) including the performance, maintenance, support(s)/troubleshoots the network or system issues, and coordinates installation and configurationsof such items as appliances, firewalls, servers, routers and switches with appropriate vendors. Develops tools to automate the deployment, administration, andmonitoring of all facets of a production system. Develops and delivers training and assists with proposal writing. Demonstrates transparency in the role by sharinginformation, collaborating, and working cohesively as a group with other employees. Works to cross develop skill sets in all facets of the department's role.Additionally, associate production service engineers assist in project planning, documentation, cost analysis, vendor comparisons and works on project imple-mentations. Works with the respective teams to enhance and improve system operability. Assists in the testing of all production services and their supportingsystems ensuring redundancy, resilience, and failover to ensure up-time standards are fully achieved.
