Dr. Jerry (J.) W. Wright, Jr., PhD., is Vice President, Consulting and Business Development lead for international programs. His technical expertise includes business development, economic growth, intelligence/reconnaissance, proposal writing, entrepreneurship, enterprise and private sector strengthen, higher education, investment promotion, public-private enterprises and workforce development.Graham, Inc., a women-owned, 8a disadvantaged small business, a position he has held since March 2017. Graham’s most significant contracts have been with the US Agency for International Development, Development Finance Corporation (DFC)/Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), US Department of State, Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis, International Monetary Fund, and The World Bank. Additional agencies with which Wright has experience includes the Common Fund for Commodities, Inter-Governmental Agency for Development (Djibouti), International Trade Centre - Geneva; UN Conference on Trade and Development, UN International Child Education Fund (UNICEF), High Commission of Refugees (UNHCR), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). Also manages his own independent consulting firm, Wright Consulting Group, LLC, which he has completely merged into Graham, Inc. His clients have included large donor assistance firms such as AECOM, Cardno/DT Global, Chemonics, DAI, CNFA, Deloitte, IESC, and SOS International; several small business, and universities including Notre Dame University, Indiana University, Lincoln Memorial University, Mulberry International Resources, University of Connecticut, and University of Evansville; several non-US international development organizations such as Injaz (Jordan); Management Development Corporation (Jordan); FINBI (Egypt), Magna.org (Slovakia), Partners for Good (Jordan); and Non-US universities, i.e., American University in Dubai (UAE), Harlaxton College (UK) Liao Cheng University (China); and lectured at 30 universities.

His clients have included large firms such as AECOM, Cardno Emerging Markets Group, Chemonics International, Deloitte International Development, and the International Executive Service Corp; small businesses such as Graham, Inc., Experience, Inc., and Bayan Advisors, and several US universities.

Has lead divisions at Creative Associates, American Institutes for Research, and was International Workforce Director for the Academy for Education Development. Senior Aquisition's Officer at DAI. Work with major donors to design international development economic growth, education, and workforce development projects, focused mainly on USAID and DOS, but that have also written proposals for a managed contracts for the US Department of Labor, Millenium Challenge Corporation, the World Bank, and several United Nations Agencies and International Organizations, including the World Bank, World Trade Organization, the International Trade Centre - Geneva, Common Fund for Commodities, and the UN Conference on Trade and Development. Has been Deputy Chief-of-Party (COP) and then COP for several major IQC programs, led numerous LWA initiatives, DCOP/Chief Technical Officer of projects ranging from the $218 Million USAID Afghanistan Capacity Development Project, and Start-up COP and home Office Director, $15 million USAID/Ukraine Public-Private Development Project and the RDMA/Tibet Support Sichuan Market Development Project, among others. Has lived and worked in Afghanistan, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Other country experience includes: Afghanistan (1.5 years), Cambodia (proposal), Cote De Ivoire (proposal), Egypt (2 years with USAID, 5 years of experience working in Egypt); Jordan (Fulbright and numerous other assignments); United Arab Emirates (2 years); and short-term technical assignments in China (6 months), Djibouti (4 months), Ethiopia (2 months), Haiti (6 weeks), Kenya (6 months), Kuwait (2weeks), Indonesia (2 months), Mali (2 weeks), Morocco (3 months), Nigeria (proposal), Pakistan (3 months), Switzerland (9 months), Syria (Proposal), Tanzania (2 month), Thailand (10 months), Uganda (2 weeks), Ukraine (1 month in country, 1 year as home office manager for 1 year, plus several recent proposals), Vietnam (2 months), Yemen (proposal).
