CurrentDr. Jerry (J.) W. Wright, Jr., PhD., is Vice President, Consulting and Business Development lead for international programs. His technical expertise includes business development, economic growth, intelligence/reconnaissance, proposal writing, entrepreneurship, enterprise and private sector strengthen, higher education, investment promotion, public-private enterprises and workforce development.Graham, Inc., a women-owned, 8a disadvantaged small business, a position he has held since March 2017. Graham’s most significant contracts have been with the US Agency for International Development, Development Finance Corporation (DFC)/Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), US Department of State, Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis, International Monetary Fund, and The World Bank. Additional agencies with which Wright has experience includes the Common Fund for Commodities, Inter-Governmental Agency for Development (Djibouti), International Trade Centre - Geneva; UN Conference on Trade and Development, UN International Child Education Fund (UNICEF), High Commission of Refugees (UNHCR), and the World Trade Organization (WTO). Also manages his own independent consulting firm, Wright Consulting Group, LLC, which he has completely merged into Graham, Inc. His clients have included large donor assistance firms such as AECOM, Cardno/DT Global, Chemonics, DAI, CNFA, Deloitte, IESC, and SOS International; several small business, and universities including Notre Dame University, Indiana University, Lincoln Memorial University, Mulberry International Resources, University of Connecticut, and University of Evansville; several non-US international development organizations such as Injaz (Jordan); Management Development Corporation (Jordan); FINBI (Egypt), Magna.org (Slovakia), Partners for Good (Jordan); and Non-US universities, i.e., American University in Dubai (UAE), Harlaxton College (UK) Liao Cheng University (China); and lectured at 30 universities.
