Organization: Start at Frame Contract & CoE (Center of Expertise) Team, then re-structured as Downstream Contracting Team GPI/AC which is responsible for 5 clusters’ (¥23 bn. investment) contracting task for BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project.• S2C & P2P: Meet service user requirements by developing new frame / single contracts from sourcing qualified contractors to contract execution and call-offs (task order issuance) from existing frame contracts. Support all stakeholders to implement proc. processes by compliance.• Cost-saving: After receiving proposal(s) from bidder, initiate CBE (commercial bid evaluation) to bidder(s) which pass the TBE (technical bid evaluation). Successfully negotiated a ~40% and ~10% saving rate for a frame service agreement.• CoE: Assist leader and legal dept. to update and translate various contract templates; provide proc. training and material to colleagues.• Cross-functional Coordination: As 1st joint representative from GPI/AC (Service InProc. Group) and GPI/AM (Material InProc. Group) to finish APAC InProc. Dept. Vice President FIT (Financial Intelligence Tool) task. Gathering financial reports from contractor / supplier by asking assistance from CPS (Central Proc. Service) team and then transfer to different global O2C (Order to Cash) team for FIT report. Successfully complete task by evaluating 157 contractors / suppliers.• Risk Mitigation: Report to Vice President and 2 directors when high-risk FIT reports emerge timely; If 5 high-risk reports are in place, officially announce status to whole GPI/AC and GPI/AM Group in e-mail with supporting data and document attached.• Document Control: Organize all CPA / Construction Partnership Agreement (~¥5 bn. Framework) contract documents (softcopy and hardcopy) independently.• Supporting: Virtual (regular) meetings / workshop organizing, MoM drafting, SharePoint access granting and topic progress expediting etc.

Organization: Shenzhen local company engaged in trading of river sand, machine-made sand, macadam, steel, cement, fly ash with China Railway Bureau like the 4th, 16th and Beijing railway bureau etc.• Core Project and Performance: Implemented the supplying agreement for Hubei Huang Huang Railway Project. Formulated supply plans based on the warehouse inventory and consumption estimation of construction material. The average monthly supply amount is ~5 mil. CNY.• Payment Expediting: When customer fail to pay in line with signed contract and is far exceeding the company risk benchmark, to ensure company profit, face-to-face meeting with high-level executives will be made.• Proc. Mgmt.: Choosing material suppliers and transportation teams which meet both company budget and customer requirement through field visits and quality comparison. Flexible adjustment of supplied quantities and transportation methods when daily demand changes while achieving purpose of saving proc. costs by sourcing new qualified suppliers, adjustment of payment terms etc.• Multi-task: Be responsible for Hubei Huang Huang Railway Project and taking part in operation of Mao Zhan Highway Project in Guangdong province simultaneously. Site visit from Hubei to Guangdong province is necessary when site colleagues need urgent support.
