Hi, I'm Zack. I recently graduated with my master's degree from the Electrical Engineering department at the University of New Mexico, and I work with COSMIAC on a variety of aerospace and aerospace-adjacent projects. My current work and research includes embedded system software development for nanosatellites, data processing for radiation hardened computer memory experiments, and R&D for a company developing a systems engineering digital curation tool.I'm a bit of a jack of all trades and the go-to person for odd jobs. I thrive in hands-on work, and feel comfortable jumping into unfamiliar situations. My primary career interests are in robotics, software development, embedded systems, and general human-technology interface design. I enjoy being in the research side of industry, and I do well in dynamic environments where I can work on a wide variety of tasks. I can't seem to stick with one hobby, but lately in my free time I've been dabbling in furniture design and construction, music production, a bit of circuit bending, and interactive multimedia.
