As Didacte joined Workleap and became Workleap LMS, I worked on integrating multiple aspects of the app and the team behind it into its new parent company. It was an exciting but also challenging growth context where we added 2 backend consultants and 2 permanent backend team members to make the company's ambitious integration goals possible.Migrate LMS to Workleap Platform- Plan the migration to move the handling of many LMS parts (billing, users, teams, etc) from the inside product to the Workleap centralized platformLead the LMS infrastructure migration project- Migrate from Linode to Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare- Set up a Terraform deployment- Collaborate closely with infra and security teamsLead the SOC 2 certification process for LMS- Asses our conformity and find mitigation strategies- Document and provide evidence for the the audit- Collaborate closely with internal Workleap infra and security teams and external consultants

As a founding partner of a startup, I worked on everything from the application itself to the infrastructure, the customer support, the administration, etc. I was also responsible for CDAE and RSDE grant applications for the project and the company.
