I am a skilled and highly driven project manager and consultant, with experience of event management and tour management, including a range of overseas trips and tours. I have experience of large-scale concert management, as well as the management of conferences. I have a real strength in logistics, and considerable experience in budget planning and working within tight time frames. I have extensive leadership and management experience, having managed a staff team of over 100 staff. As well as strong communication skills and excellent time management skills, I have a great deal of experience in the recruitment and development of staff.
