In this role, I travel from community to community to assist in the management of different buildings, training of new team members, and development of current team members. My responsibilities include:Supporting on-site communities when requested to cover leave of Community Managers or assist with admin duties.Assisting in the training, development, and onboarding of team members and communities using instructor-led training.Training existing team members on requested areas, continuing education, and new policies and software as it arises.Working closely with other departments to anticipate the needs of the team members and communities for training, accounting, accounts payable, and marketing.Managing new communities to the company until positions are filled using duties of Community Manager listed below.
