Throughout my professional career, I’ve worked tirelessly to destroy the phrase: “It’s the way we’ve always done it.” I’ve watched people do the same thing the same way, yet they expect different results. Life’s too short for that nonsense. My time in law enforcement has shown me that we all need help. It doesn't matter where you're at in life, getting help or giving someone help creates trust, cultivates vision, and motivates you to change for the good.
