Worked on various projects that enhanced productivity as well as savings in various machines in generation line as well as finishing line of brake linings manufacturing sector_Selected Project experiences:o Converted the type of tooling used in a vertical curing press which eventually increased productivity by 6 times (48000 linings in place of 8000 linings). This project enabled the company to meet the customer's increased demand without expansion/purchase of new machinery. The project was completed in a short tenure. o Automated the conveying/loading/unloading of linings in a thermal shock oven. This project in collaboration with another team's project reduced the manpower needed to operate the machines by 66 percent.
