As President of BNI Arcadia chapter. A chapter that having 75+ business owner in the group.

This role was planned as part of an important role for the company growth, and taking responsibility on IT infrastructure inside the company and communication system among the inbound and outbound. In the IT sector will need to take care of Data Security, Data Backup and Data Accessibility of company information.

• My role in this company is a personal assistant for the director such as transform some of the hardcopy working tasks of their employees to software and online by easier their workflow.• Besides, sometime I need to involve in business planning which I will provide my knowledge regarding the operation of the business that I had learned and working experiences. What had I done was: human resources planning, pricing strategy, marketing strategy, and floorplan planning.

I am gotten a chance to experience the total different working and living environment in the United State and happened to work together with associates that come from different part of the world. I used to work in the Catering department while mainly serving tourists group to our park.

• This role has to deal with customers of our department when there are any quality issues on their production line is because of our supplying product. We have to take care of every customer of our department Malaysia and need to pay a site visit and run investigation when necessary.• I also need to communicate with our internal supplier from various countries which included: China, Thailand, German, Japan, and India.

Taken this role in one of the Club and Society of my University.

• First is the Kitchen part which included (line cooker and prep cooker), they will deliver the dishes to the customer once prepared.• Second is the Server which focuses on serving customer such as take orders, also prepare refreshment and tableware for them.

I stopped this position in order to persuade my full-time study in Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
