1) Production Planning – Is responsible for the planning of production operations, matching processing demand with human resources to meet that demand, and ensuring and confirming those resources are present in adequate numbers at the right time to meet that demand on time. 1.A) Creates the daily production schedule based on received input from clients, proper allocation of available manpower and equipment, and adherence to project specifications1.A.1) Maintains, enhances and continuously improves the Production Planning system (PPS) to support the production planning function1.A.2) Ensures that information from the Information Management System (IMS) that is used for production planning is correct and is continuously updated1.B) Ensures on-time delivery of:1.B.1) Processing demand volume, by Supervisors 1.B.2) Daily human resource need, to Supervisors and HR/Admin, required to meet demand1.B.3) Provides regular reports in relation to material resources, manpower loading and production deadlines 2) Coordination with Other Departments2.A) Coordinates with the Production Division Manager and production supervisors for the assignment of personnel and equipment to various projects2.B) Coordinates with the Production Manager regarding the requirements of new projects and their transition to regular production2.C) Coordinates with Admin/HR to support Production for additional manpower or other resource requirements2.D) Coordinates with the IT department to support Production, such as:2.D.1) Scheduling and accuracy of downloading2.D.2) Delivery and accuracy to Production of IMS data 3) Provides support to the Production Division Manager3.A) Assists the Production Division Manager in developing performance measures in terms of the production plan, labor utilization, product quality and other related issues3.B) Assists the Production Division Manager in improving the efficiency and effectively of the Production Division

• Provide high-level administrative support• Provide General Statistics• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for Management team meetings.• Attend meetings.• Assist HR/Admin division in some of their administrative tasks as necessary and as directed by HR and Admin management

• Prepare marketing strategy and write action plans to attain specific objectives.• Analyze trends and keep an eye on the competition, as well as aim to identify new markets for the services.• Perform as advocate as well as information source for graphics standards and regional marketing programs. • Develop and execute advertising programs and external marketing. • Measure, analyze, and evaluate programs as required.• Works for demand creation, which includes advertising, public relations, white papers, and point-of-sales materials.• Develop special deals and discounts using graphics and catchy phrases to help create interest.• Supports the sales department.• Lead an entire department of like-minded workers.

• Recruiting • Helping in creation of plans for future personnel needs• Providing staff training and development• Operating pay and benefits policies• Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally• Advocating for employees to employer when appropriate and advocating always for employer to employees• Representing the company to the employees• Overseeing employee services such as health and safety• Being accountable to conduct and implement regular performance evaluations• Organizing and leading all the activities/ programs of the company• Issuing infraction letters and imposing penalties if warranted

• Provides detailed product technical study based on new product study and evaluation procedures and process flow.• Provides assistance in the regular analysis and evaluation of all Wire and Cable product line including it’s competitor as to quality, durability, economy, dependability, standards, and feasibility to local condition using established analytical and evaluation procedures• Provides assurance that all products for distribution to market passed the standard quality control inspection criteria set for each product item• Conducts regular and on time shipment arrival quality inspection process based on set standards, policies and procedures, including report preparation and dissemination.• Facilitation of on time and full compliance on the required product evaluation and testing process of various government regulatory agencies.• Management of all wire and cable staffs.
