- Greet and assist customers with shopping needs and handle retail purchases, exchanges, and refunds. - Keep track of existing inventory and create and label new inventory using Square POS system. - Assist with social media: styling and taking photos, publishing content, editing posts, and other tasks. - Maintain visual standards of the store, including merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting. - Assist in planning, setting up, and hosting events.

•File client work to the respective place through FileCabinet or through the paper filing system, while also keeping firm paperwork organized and clearly labeled so it may be found easily by other employees in the firm. • Organizing, packaging, and mailing out client work and information.•Recommended and completed the task of reorganizing the firm's electronic filing system, for more efficient work to be completed across the firm.•Assist with greeting and communicating with clients in person and over the phone and relaying important information to respective individuals in the firm.•Assist any employee in the firm who may need work scanned, organized, reviewed, or revised.
