Leading the research group to continuously evolving current product and decide the developing direction. Implement CRM/EDM/SEM/SEO/GA/FB/Line@...etc. digital marketing to the company. Make project proposal and budget including research and marketing. Recruit and establish marketing division and assist holding exhibition, seminar and open house event. Being a spokesman to media interview and as a invited speaker to CHC(TAIWAN BICYCLE INDUSTRY R&D CENTER).

Build up a team to sale Germany IPG fiber laser from 2 to 10 people, revenue from 0.6 to 3.9 million USD. Setting up service, sales and marketing team. Establish kW laser lab, calss1000 clean room and micro-machining lab. Been to Germany and Europe every year to technical training and dealing new deals. Accomplished 13 brands dealership to the company including Canon and Fujikura, mostly automation and IT industry area. Assigned to make quarterly and annual sales plan and report to shareholders. Personal business deals around 60% portion of total division revenue in average in 6 years. Local deal like Merida, Giant, Talift, Wisepioneer, Unimicron, GSK, Mosa, Catcher, FPG, ITRI…etc. In 2017, we are facing discontinuing dealership with IPG, but I managed to keep the team and finding new dealership (Fujikura) to keep the customer and market.
