-Responsible in stock control, purchasing, and managing supply, coffee consumables, etc.-Responsible to do research and development for beverages and recipe formulation-Responsible in creating new product and beverages-Responsible in food costing of ingredients for the products developed-Responsible in developing and refining specifications for new and/or existing products-Responsible in keeping equipments operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs

-Store opening team-Maintains a clean, organized and stocked environment and when necessary assists in the distribution of product shipment-Assists store manager in maintaining proper coverage and team member schedules ensuring that the store maintains customer service standards-Assists store manager in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively and efficiently-Follows and directs team members to follow store policies, procedures and adhere to merchandising and cleanliness standards-Responsible in coaching and training to baristas and kitchen staff on performance expectations-Responsible in maintaining stock levels/availability within company guidelines, rotating stock to ensure compliance with company health & safety guidelines-Responsible in reporting to Area manager and FM to ensure all facilities are all in working condition-Reports to the Store manager and Area manager team member accidents, conducts initial investigation and determinations of root cause in the interest of maintaining a safe work environment-Responds proactively to prevent customer service situations. Investigates and resolves customer incidents, documenting if necessary-Reports daily and hourly sales to the store and area manager-Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld. Is accountable for store funds while running a shift.

-Responsible in preparing beverages that meet quality standards-Responsible in handling and maintaining properly all the equipment-Responsible in studying all product knowledge -Responsible in continuous learning on whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, tea products, bakery items, coffee brewing, and blended products, etc.
