Current• Design, install, and maintain high-performance computer networks, servers, and software systems, ensuring optimal system performance, security, and reliability.• Configure and manage a wide range of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, to facilitate seamless data flow and connectivity across the network.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network and system performance, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and security breaches, portraying remarkable problem-solving skills.• Implement and manage robust network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and antivirus software, to safeguard the network against cyber threats and attacks.• Execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring the organization's rapid recovery from system or network failure.• Monitor network and system performance to identify/address issues before they could impact end-users or business operations.• Collaborate with IT professionals, including software developers, database administrators, and help desk staff, to ensure efficient and effective use of technology resources.• Conduct regular system and network audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommended improvements.• Evaluate new technologies/tools to improve network & system performance, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
