I'm a dancer since I remember, and fitness was always a passion as well.As a professional dancer I worked with many artists, coreographers; did many events, TV shows; worked in Portugal and France.After COVID, I decided to pursue my other passion, Fitness. So I went to CEFAD do take the Personal Training degree and studied Pilates in ALM Pilates.Now,I'm still working as a dancer, and become a Cycling and Barre Coach in Amplify, Pilates instructor in West Side Studio and Arte&Dança.Still teaching dance (Girlie and High Heels) in Arte&Dança, helping my students building their self-esteem and feeling good with them selfs.Exercise is more than just physical, it's about mental strength and health, self-confidence and positive mind.
