With over nine years of experience in the dry ice industry, I am passionate about productizing and delivering highly environmentally friendly dry ice services that meet the individual needs of our customers. As a partner and sales and marketing director at Dry Ice Finland, I lead a wide portfolio of responsibilities, from operations management, sales and project management, franchise network and co-op partners, marketing, OHS, subcontracting and general agreements, maintenance, change management, to service productization.I also work closely with the management team to develop and execute the business strategy, pricing, recruiting, R&D, and robotics development. As a result of our collaborative efforts, we have established Dry Ice Finland as a brand leader in various sectors, such as real estate and facade cleaning, renovation and building industry, industrial cleaning, and channel cleaning using robotics. I have a special professional degree in management and leadership from the Management Institute of Finland, and I have acquired multiple certifications in project management, sales, and aviation occupational safety. Additionally, I have a strong commercial awareness and competitive analysis skills that enable me to identify and seize market opportunities.
