CurrentAs a Information-Technology Intern, I have spearheaded the design and creation of advanced Power BI dashboards for executive-level decision-making at Calamos Investments. My work has involved leveraging various tools and languages to provide insightful, data-driven solutions. • Project 1: Developed a comprehensive dashboard to monitor the effectiveness and status of our internal IT shadowing program. This involved using Postman’s API and manipulating data retrieval with JQL, alongside data transformation using DAX query language. • Project 2: Designed a dashboard to track the performance of our systems support technicians, utilizing key metrics such as ticket status, overdue tickets, and total number of tickets, to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Data was manipulated again using JQL and DAX languages. • Project 3: Created a detailed dashboard showcasing the statuses and necessity of our distribution lists and active directories. This project involved pulling data from multiple Excel spreadsheets using Python and the Pandas library.Through these projects, I have demonstrated my ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights, aiding strategic initiatives and operational improvements across the company.
