During my time at YKA, my daily tasks involved external communication and content creation (e.g. for online magazine Uralehti.fi and social media channels). I also created a publication series introducing the staff (#töissäYKAssa), helped in the planning of a visual communication strategy while photographing content, and designed a new website layout.

Using my written and digital technology skills were the key aspects of working as a trainee for Espoo Finnish Education Unit. I became more competent in content creation since I wrote daily social media posts and news to the Espoo.fi-website. Internal communications involved writing daily to Essi-intranet to the educational personnel.

Working at Helsinki-Vantaa airport's duty-free shops entailed having knowledge about many different product categories and coping in a very hectic environment with different cultures. My job description was mainly to assist customers with the products.

I worked at the annual Housing Fair (Asuntomessut) representing Opel. Working in a team, we answered questions about the car models, filled forms and arranged test drives for potential customers.

Via Opteam, I worked mostly in different Sokos department stores in Espoo and in Helsinki region, in women's clothing, housing and cosmetic departments. I also worked as a cashier for multiple different S-Group shops.
