On a mission to provide 1st class customer experience.As a Service Designer in the City of Turku, I had the opportunity to manage the further developing of the web pages of International House Turku. In the Talent project all of our work strives for making the settling to Turku easier for all immigrants and making the services available also on-line.In IT services, consulting, and resourcing my goal was to marry projects and professionals. In my previous role as Sales and Marketing Director for engineering and design services, my objective was to secure and grow market position in the Marine industry. More specifically, I was responsible for Sales and Marketing of design services, together with Projects Sales in Europe.In my role as a Service Designer I worked with productization and creation of service packages and enhancing customer experience, being part of creating a mobile application for the industry.In my previous role as Development Manager I was responsible for diverse internal development projects to ensure effectiveness, standardized ways of working and future growth. Developed and launched a new web based service/product. Established new co-operations and sourcing contracts. In my earlier role as a Key Account Manager at FG Finland Oy I was responsible for a big domestic hardware chain, its sales and marketing. I have a background in Export sales and International Logistics Services Procurement and Supplier Base Management both in inbound and outbound and in Transportation Services in Development and Quality Assurance related roles. Most recent years in that position I was developing and strengthening Logistics Services for the European Market and customers. I am a very active and outgoing person with good communications skills and a person who gets well along with different kind of people and cultures and is used to solve and manage any situation that comes ahead. I am fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English.Meeting tough targets and constantly looking for more effective ways of serving the customers, not forgetting the need of high quality customer experience are close to my heart. Optimizing all requirements and needs to fulfill the board range of expectations are very much part of my daily activities.
