At New Factory I worked with Suuntaamo which was at that time a publicly funded project (European Regional Development Fund) and one of New Factory's engine rooms. My main work responsibility was to develop Suuntaamo's concept; to create cost efficient user testing and other agile UCD methods that would serve both start-ups and established companies. I was responsible e.g. of the project budgeting, new sales, reporting (EU/EAKR) and local steering group meetings. The project was also part of ENoLL, European Network of Living Labs and I was a member of the executive board (the council).With the team, I also led and did hands-on design work: carried out Suuntaamo’s client projects (selling, planning, execution); user research, usability testing, business modelling for start-ups etc.
