While studying to be a pedagogue at the Faculty of Education, I was able to learn the peculiarities of human souls from the root level. From studying Organizational Behavior at the Faculty of Psychology, I gained clarity about the ways and roles of different types of people coexisting in organizations. From the basic course in neurolinguistic programming, I got a boost in my ability to structure many threads of thought.From the Chinese medicine course, I gained an understanding of the connection between our body and health with emotions and feelings.As a HR specialist, I can stand up for people's well-being and make the world a better place by tying together the knowledge and experience I have previously gathered.People spend most of their time at work, and thus this time is of decisive importance for the quality of life. The more happy and peaceful people there are in the world, the better and more beautiful the world is.My strengths are conscientiousness, good communication skills, stress tolerance, positive attitude towards life, correctness, long thinking thread, life experiences from different fields and an inventive mind.I understand that people are different and I always try to understand the background that creates difficult situations. I believe that with sufficient communication, any organizations or communities can operate more conflict-free.
