I am a committed recruiter/headhunter with long-term experience in the field of human resources management. My role is to bring together employers and employees who have something valuable to offer each other and to help companies to achieve their objectives together with employees in a respectful atmosphere.

At Tammiste Personalibüroo I conduct recruitment competitions where I organize group work assignments, conduct interviews and test the candidates. I have a test user’s license issued by Tripod Grupp.

I have also worked as a HR management adviser for a local government. I implemented several HR management procedures (assuming the employment of new public servants or employees, conduction of appraisal interviews, instruction of trainees, etc.). Once again, I had an opportunity to implement a personnel accounting program and modernize the procedures of the accounting for holidays. I conducted a job satisfaction research of public servants and employees and wrote a project to apply for EAS funding in the training field.

I have been actively involved in HR management since 2003. At Stora Enso I was responsible for the personnel records of 120-300 employees, while my tasks included preparation of personnel documents and policies, recruitment and selection of employees, organization of training and professional counseling. I have also been responsible for the company’s wage accounting.I have worked as the administration manager of employment relationships at Stora Enso Timber Baltics and Stora Enso Wood Supply Baltics. In this position I was responsible for the development and implementation of common personnel accounting principles (policies, forms, contracts, etc.) in the Baltics. I was the support person of the Axapta Navision labor law and personnel accounting program for the company’s HR management employees in Estonia. My roles also included being a human resource management partner for the manager of two sawmills.
